Am told basically they took a feed from main and made it a bit longer than they should have instead of doing a straight feed pipe which resulted in loss of pressure. This was simply changed to rectify it. |

I know you've stated "basically" but I find that explanation a bit hard to believe. |

The excavation is pretty small and the issue is sorted so it will have been pretty minor. I was was expecting the entire car park to be dug up. |

Why would you need to dig the entire car park up to replace 1 pipe? A single trench 1200mm wide by 1200mm deep was all that was needed  |
