I wanted to go to the Comedy Night at my local pub but when I rang up for tickets they were sold out. I was furious and told them they should have held it at the pub down the road, it’s bigger. Guess what the response was?!?

Again it will be good to see how the team fare without Lino. Last season, in the Ashurst testimonial and the 50 minutes or so last week, we looked a more cohesive attacking unit without his erratic skips, dummies and runs complicating matters.

His effort can not be doubted but I feel he hinders more than helps.

Pretty much my take but I’ve wiped the slate clean with him and looking forward to seeing how he goes this season.

Probably going to be Lino and Lawford this week. Be interesting to see how they work together as if we get back to SL they could be next seasons halfback pairing.
