Should never have been allowed to leave. Sadly needed another halfback for most of last season. Rocky could have been that man.

Fact is that he will be 29 before end of year and ok had one season ar no 1 and 5 games at cas so has had aplenty of time to be a first choice somewhere. Like I say he his a decent player and played well for Wakefield at fullback especially under the high ball. Still think there are other issues as to why he never made a permanent spot his own anywhere. Also who the hell is foggy, certainly not me FACT , so take it Chinese will be on you

At the end of the day SL is SL, so you can't blame him, unfair though it is if you drop into the Championship you risk getting typecast, especially if that team fails to get promoted. Like all players he needs to keep his value as high as possible, he's still got a few years left.

Also played under Powell I think, and didn't feature hugely, and at the end of the day it's Powells vision of the squad that counts.

Personally think he'd absolutely rip it up in the Championship, especially at FB. If he doesn't cement a place at Wigan he may come here on loan, especially useful for us at the end of the season the we may need pepping up.

Personally, I hope he finally crack it at Wigan.

I don't doubt his ability and this is not about trinity , we have not been interested in re signing him as Ellis said we only missed out on one player and he was from London. My opinion is that issue was off the field and probably down to money or poor advise. He was always the last to sign and even now late ar Wigan.

There is no doubt he's a good player and an outstanding athlete but people have to get used to the fact he isn't a Wakefield player.
The team and owners have all changed since his day.
If he comes to us it's a new signing, not a coming home. He'll be judged on his individual talent, not that he once played at Wakefield.
But equally, and probably more important, he'll judge a move to us in the same way. Its his job. Whether he has connections with Trinity through family or not, Wigan is a much better job for him right now.
