Pitts is poor at 13. He's not got the impact of a modern day middle, or the hands to play as an extra pivot.

A Westerman style 13 would be cracking. He was superb for us.

I disagree. He gets through a lot of work and I reckon he made more breaks than most last year. He just goes under the radar.
Of course I'd like a young Westerman but I don't think Pitts is poor.

Powell likes to use a prop style player early on in the game though so we'll have to see how he sets it up.

Bain may play prop though unless we can secure another solid prop signing.

Atoni got a metatarsal injury and boot on for another 3/4 weeks and then review. Hope it’s not too serious as we need him firing up front this year.
