I think Lino and Hampshire would be a very fast, completely chaotic partnership.

I would be happier with Lino and Hampshire at halfback.

Hampshire has spent a year in Wigan playing reserves at halfback and they won the reserves league. I’m sure he will have been working on his halfback play.

I would be happy with us signing Hampshire and he would certainly get game time and offer versitality and some pace down middle channels.

Hampshire at full back with Lino and Jowitt in the halves might work better.

Nothing works better than having Jowitt at full back.

You've just said Hampshire and Lino in the halves would be chaotic! If you'd choose your pivots from those three then, how would you play them?

Hampshire's ship has sailed for me, he had his chance but failed to kick on to the next level IMO and as other's have said he is not an organiser.
I believe ME mentioned marquee signings at some point, so hopefully a quality organising half-back will fill that void if we are to be serious about our intentions in 2024

I wouldn't because if I signed Hampshire and that's a big if, he would be backup to Jowitt at fb or Lino at half, with either Gale or a different organising player.

I'm very happy with all the signings so far, but I believe we still need a player or two with a big X factor
if we are to top the championship.
Be nice to pick up a Stanley Gene type player (or Stanley Gene - he must still only be about 28?
