It's not a conversation though. Someone raised a subject people want to discuss and you raised something that doesn't have anything to do with Trinity and you don't even know what it would look like. If you want to invest in that then great but I think you'll be on your own.
The statue of Neil is a great idea for me. It has to be good of course and would have to be externally funded.
I think in the short term it will be better to decorate the new stand with big, historic photos like the ones in Fox's Bar.
