Who’s to say he didn’t have a contract clause for superleague release.
I’m sure we will find out soon enough would expect a lot of announcements following the takeover being successful. |

If we have money to throw around on signing on fees, we should be aiming higher than a championship player.
And I'd rather give the fee to Kershaw to get him to stay.

This seems an unlikely figure, Bowes is never going to be able to command that, the simple fact is he isn't that Good, don't get me wrong he is a decent enough player with a fair bit of potential to improve, but I can't see us or any other club rating him that highly. I am not really sure what his true position is yet anyway, not convinced he will stay at hooker long term. |

Irrelevant if the deal was completed when we were/are. It depends I guess when we are no longer classified as a superleague club officially and what are written in terms of rules around it for player signings etc.
