| Quote: financialtimes "Firstly everything I said is fact, at the time of me typing it I was unaware tha 24 hours prior, axiom sent in documents regarding the EA concerns, however, that still doesn’t remove their concerns until they respond at the next scheduled planning meeting. Secondly, the 2 major companies that had originally committed to the JcT32 site have gone elsewhere, this puts some jeopardy in the development, but I agree it isn’t a 100% dealbreaker. Lastly, the funds get released when “Axiom” release them, the only thing that dictates the timing (as stated in the S106 agreement) is that they cannot start on the jct 32 development until they release the fund, so if they don’t want to start on it for 4 years (which I think but not sure is the statutory length of these stand) then they don’t have to release the monies for 4 years
Read ad understood mate, I can only say that everything Axiom have said in communications on the matter is that they are desperate to start as soon as possible. Appreciate that you didn't know about the documents. ![Thumbs up icon_thumb.gif](images/smilies//icon_thumb.gif)

Top six 2005 - Trinity.: |

| Personally I think if there’s an option of a roof, cladding and facelift of west stand along with putting a ground level refreshment stand/s in that would be sufficient.
I’d much rather us look to increase capacity and improve facility further in the north if considerable money is to be spent. Also, things that guarantee points like the e LED boards would be high on the list. With superleague funds added I could imagine Ellis would be able to take this club even further on and off the field.

Best case for us, we come top and win GF and 1895

Salford and Huddersfield down at bottom as well
And Toulouse don't do well in playoffs'"
Assuming Toulouse make the playoffs...

| Fair play to Cas, they've seem to have done a decent job on a budget with the seating, looks quite tidy actually. Does anyone know what the terracing in that stand was like? From memory walking down it, it wasn't great .
