We have been clueless from the start. I’m gutted but how many more fat ladies do we need to sing. Dross.'"
I'll be honest, I thought Cas had left it too late just like us.
However, a two week break and a massive four pointer turned out to be the perfect time.

| Quote: Scarlet Pimpernell "I am going nowhere just to satisfy your dream of utopia without any dissenting voices to remind you of the actual facts that the current incumbents have overseen the destruction of our squad, appointed a coach who was clearly not good enough but did not sack him and then the ultimate humiliation relegation. They follow this up with a championship strategy that stands no chance of success unless they can guarantee no injuries but it does allow them to reduce the budget once again.
I believe it is a complete abdication of their duties to the club and supporters but not some of you, who still think they are not to blame despite the facts which are clear to see.
I will be glad when they are gone, I am not going to deny it and based on history it would be difficult for any new owner to do worse with regards the on field product of the last few seasons.I suppose I lack the hero worship syndrome of some of you.'"
Go on the "Some Nice News" thread and give Big Dave some positive congratulations. You will feel a lot better.

We've had some great loan signings in the past like Kirmond and Hadley.
It's a way to get a fringe super league player in your team that would be out of reach to sign for a permanent contract. Other championship teams will be doing it.
Maybe even season long loan for someone like Eseh if he signs elsewhere if they think he's not ready.'"
Loans I'm not so concerned about, dual reg I am. It works for the senior partner in getting game time for their fringe players, but the junior partner, by all accounts, you can prep with those players and they could be pulled last minute, leaving you short.
Plus it screams small time.

They haven't even looked at that yet. He says they might look at it.
Just a bit too keen to find something wrong with what he says. Just wait to see what they all come up with and choose your moaning strategy.

| Quote: MOPSEY LIVES ON "Il have a go then
1 big dave came back into the club saw it was a shambles on the field and stuck his hand up and basically said I'm going to lead from the front. Atoni and a few others even proctor in a few games went with him stuck their hand up and thought right wel roll our sleeves up and have a go.
2 it was plainly obvious from the start of the season that proctors legs had gone but we continued with him when we could of played young lads like eseh and crowther.
3 poaching was offered proctor but didn't want as like I said his legs had gone, poaching departs, one of the coach or Carter still sign proctor. That's my take on it'"
I get what you are saying about proctor, as it was plain for all to see , he simply hasn’t got any better the whole season. But my point is , surely he should have had a medical or fitness assessment before a shed load of money was thrown his way especially his age and years in the NRL which will have taken its toll .Remember Gale signing for leeds and watched the program of the tough medical he had to go through to prove that his Achilles injury had fully healed .

Indeed. From the brave keyboard warriors. The armchair critics. The know nowt know alls, who pontificate and slag off the staff, players and club almost every week, yet still keep coming back. Unfortunately
