He was a mouth watering prospect and I really looking forwards to seeing him bend a few before he ran out at Belle Vue , but what we got was a shadow of the player he once was .Smashing bloke ,but certainly didn’t bring those performances we were all hoping for ,and especially taking a quota spot at that

It said "stupid decision", followed by a thumbs up emoji.

If it was him, personally, from someone, who is, let's be honest, one of our senior players, I think he was in the wrong.

I get that players in a team sport, tend to have a strong bond, but I think he'd have been better advised, having a quiet confidential word with Applegarth, or those up above, rather than posting on social media.

That twitter account was probaly at one time Mason's account but there has been nothing that looks like it was tweeted from an actual person since 2014. It's just full of retweets for scams. I'd guess it was hacked at some point.

He tweeted about 3 weeks ago after hitting a young lad in the head with a touch finding kick, suggesting it was a real account.

From looking at it, it seems that this was his account originally but has been hacked, there's a clear distinction where the account has been hacked, filled with bitcoin and NFT bot tweets, including his likes too.

Strange how this is just one reply tho. Hope the club have followed up on this
