Rubbish it was non negotiable if WMDC had done their job from the outset. He just happened to be around in the right place at the right time. Exactly. And they didn't do what they should have done, and certainly Yorkcourt didnt.
So he isnt single handedly the one who got the stadium built. A lot of people are on that list. Some are on here. But he got it to bricks and seats rather than an argument about who is to blame.
