It’s time to get the banners out and make the board realise how unhappy we are. I’m all up for going and having my back away from the field the whole game. If we all do this with banners stating our grief.

Hall hasn’t been been pulling up any trees.

He may go on to be an England player (personally don’t see it but who knows) he may go on to be the best centre in the world but that doesn’t matter.

All that matters is we finish 11th in 2023.

We can plan for the future if we secure that.

I feel we have more chance of securing that with Dagger at the club than Hall due to the deficiencies we have in a key spine position.

So according to the article.

Dagger had a year left on his contract. Hall was contracted to 2024 with us. So you'd think logic would suggest we'd be crazy to accept a straight swap.

Hull KR have been after Hall for a significant period of time and they like him alot.

Hull KR are weak in the centres and have injuries. So it's s position they desperately need to strengthen.

I just don't get it. How can this be defended?

We might have multiple Centres at the club. But, 2 are in questionable form (lynne and Langi) and 1 is Gaskell.. The best we had at the club was Hall. The player with the most potential at the club was probably Hall. But it's OK. We've now got full back cover for a few months!

We could of signed Shaul before the season started but decided to walk away and now we have lost one of our few bright lights to be replaced by a reserve player. To make it worse it is a straight swap I wonder how the two salaries compare. The accountant strikes again, the scorched earth policy he is implementing will take a long time to recover from. He I guess is not too bothered about his legacy.

I get your point and I agree we needed a full back badly.
I would just have preferred to keep Hall.
We aren't play the type of rugby that will get the best out of him but still.

The only reason to do this is if he wanted to go.

I will no longer be going and wasting my money. Hall was one of the few things going for Trinity. It’s like selling the family jewellery.
It’s absolutely the wrong call in my opinion and anyone who watches rugby league regularly.

They should have offered one of our other first team players like Gaskell! or Lynne. Ahh but they would’ve take them would they?!
