Fairly certain it shouldn’t have been shared as Teams usually has a limit on the number of people allowed in a meeting and I’m sat waiting to be let in to a meeting which I am entitled to be attending.

I was hoping to watch the first 30 minutes as I had a prior arrangement. I too was entitled to attend and never got admitted to the meeting!

They said there were 6 on at the beginning. Must have locked it.
They were a bit nervous after the link being posted.

Personally, from now on, I think it should be in person only. Whether I can attend or not. Just easier and a bit more secure.

There was no compulsion, expectation or requirement on the club to facilitate your virtual attendance.

If it was offered, it was through good will, nothing more.

I can understand them being wary when the link was shared. Anyone could have logged on.

Apologies if I made an error by posting the link, I rightly or wrongly assumed only those share holders would have been able to access the link with confirmation through their email address. Just recently got home from the meeting. Covered quite a bit about the building work, a few problems with delivery of materials delaying the work, outlined the way for the girder signing, time scale for getting some fans sitting in the new stand before completion of the stand, explained the phase 2 development of community hub, discussions with IMG, other topics on West Terrace, discussions with the WAFC bosses on all aspects of stadium use, I’m sure I’ve missed a bit out at this moment. Mark A spoke about the recent Hull game, surprisingly a lot of positives from that game and the young lads who played. Also mentioned the injury’s to the 2 forwards.

There were some things that could be shared as minutes but to be honest, they'll be shared generally soon anyway I'm sure.

I agree though… I think from now on it should be attendance only, and I’ll just have to make time to get there…
There are people who have shares who live further away than ido and it would be good if the could be updated with what happened if the club decided not to stream it in future. It’s a private meeting and really nobody should be blabbing off details..
John Minards did most of the talking last night but by the time MA swapped places with him I couldn’t hear anything so logged out… if anyone wants to PM me what was said I’d be grateful..

Why shouldn't we hear some of the things that were discussed at the meeting we're all supporting the club in a variety of other schemes some of us for years if we hear positive things it helps us to carry on.
