| Of course the home shirt has outsold the away shirt…….it’s the home shirt!

| Quote Trojan Horse="Trojan Horse"No surprise there. It’s a quality shirt and design. Also my favourite of the two.
Good to have different designs. Please can we have a predominantly red shirt next season though. I’d take this years away red instead of white.
Would be nice if we could do a magic kit with alternate red instead of white.'"
Sorry absolutely don’t agree. The home shirt should imho be predominantly white. We are the mighty Trin and we have played in white for most of our history.
You wouldn’t expect Real Madrid not to play in white! It’s their heritage. And it’s ours. I really wish RL in the U.K. would respect its heritage, for me it’s cheapened the sport.

| Quote Trojan Horse="Trojan Horse"I agree, massively impressed with this years shirts.
The home one is different and is an absolute beauty to look at.
Im not really fond of mostly white shirts but I do like the design of the away shirt.
Without a doubt the best shirts in years. [uThose Leigh shirts though… especially the leopard. What we’re they thinking.'" [/u
That's easy to answer, Degsey loves Leopards. The whole Leopard lark has done nowt fer me tbh.

I do respect the heritage but I’d like a predominantly red shirt as an option. I don’t dislike the home shirt while I understand the reasons behind it I’m just not fond on mainly white shirts that’s all.
I think it would be nice to have the away shirt colour swapped to red with white and blue band and release it as a 3rd kit in the run up to magic. I remember the red kit from ages ago that I really liked that’s all. Not sure if it was the sainsburys sponsored one?

| Have to admit that the home shirt has grown on me.....
Always liked the away shirt.
For me the away should be the home and the home a "special edition 150 year one" and have the away as red.....
Although Mrs BG doesn't like either of them! Women.....

Not quite correct vasty. We didn't have any white in our jerseys until 1960 (63/150ths of our history), when we adopted what is now regarded as our "traditional colours"

I nearly put that, and then I thought surely 60 years ago is close enough to traditional in that there cannot be many left who remember otherwise - don’t you think?

We might as well forget who the Beatles are then. Not many alive who saw them together live.
I agree red white and blue are our colours but you can't whitewash the heritage just because you can't remember.

| Tradtionally, before the addition of white to the club colours Trinity played in a dark blue shirt with a broad dark red band and a narrow red band above and below the wider band. For some seasons they reversed the colours in a similar pattern.

Here we go…
Yeah of course that’s exactly what I was doing
If you asked most Leeds United fans what their traditional colours were they’d say white. That’s not a fact but you’d have to be pedantic in the extreme to say that Leeds United colours are white and to all intents always have been.
Man United were yellow and green and so on.
For me your traditional colours are those that the club settled on when it hit its peak, I think the 1960s counts for that.
