I'm not clear whether you made your point about Wilkin up just so you could call the club ridiculous or whether you can see social media posts by the club and that while thread was made up. Or both

A brief news clip Sky had that Jenna Brooks asking him what he knew/thought about Mark Applegarth and he said he knew nothing. She typically giggled away and that was it. The tweet was removed by Sky soon after to save face for Wilkin mainly and the giggly blonde too I guess.

Sky, Wilkin and the woman are the only ones who came out of that one minute spot with any negativity. Good to see many, including Adrian Vowles, weighing in since to highlight what a prick Wilkin is.

Terry O'Connor has since done a report on behalf of Sky. Face saver I presume.

Wilkin has a dig at Trinity every chance he gets, and apart from being out of his depth, he's so damned boring. Makes O'Connor sound interesting! Surprised Sky keep him on!

Then why say it?

Wilkin does verbally what he did on the field - has cheap shots.
I dumped sky sports ages ago partly because it's poorly presented and dependent on people like him.
That said, I agree with others Terry O'Connor speaks with more sense and respect on the Sky Sports page.

Not wanting to be controversial but I like Wilkin as a pundit
I don't find him anti Wakefield, he just doesn't sugar coat our issues.

Saying that, he made himself look a bit stupid yesterday by not doing his homework.
I guess he was trying to say he isn't a well known coach but ultimately, there is enough info on him to be able to tell people who he is
