Not sure what all the fuss is about re upper and lower tier north stand. It may actually be a way of maximising capacity in terms of H&S. In terms of cost difference it’s less than a pound a game for a better view and “guaranteed” under cover. The club could have just charged the higher amount for both areas and nobody would have been any wiser. Bit like the “bed and breakfast “ charging dilemma if you get what I mean.
