Oh, give over

Just watched the highlights on superleague site.

The Miller penalty was a joke. McQueen clearly lost his footing and balance.

The last penalty was even more confusing. What did the ref give a penalty for? The Hudds player overrun it and went into Kershaw who was going for the ball. I’m convinced looking at the footage it threw Kershaw off enough to fumble it. The Hudds player had no right to obstruct Kershaw. Should have been a trinity penalty.

The Hudds player thought he was being penalised and the trinity players weren’t happy.

Those last 2 penalties were wrong calls Im afraid but Kendall does tend to lean towards Hudds.

Pity it wasn’t a drop goal that decided the game and not a contentious penalty, but that’s life unfortunately.Overhaul a cracking performance from the team and if we’d have come away with a win don’t think there would have been any complaints from the Giants , who we went toe to toe with the entire game whilst also losing Kelepi and Hall along the way .proud as punch of the whole team ,and waiting around after the game to catch the players coming out with the grandkids ,who couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming even though they looked and walked like they’d been in a right battle . End of an era at the club , but I’m more than excited to see what the next chapter holds

Just watched the highlights on Sky website, as biased as I may be, I honestly cannot see where the Huddersfield lap dog found reason for that extra time penalty.

Me neither what a terrible decision the only player impeded was Kershaw. A fairly meaningless game but could have moved us up a place with that win and some more prize money (again maybe). I would like the club to get the rational from the referee through the correct channels because yet again a great game and the talking point is the ref!

I said the same last night. Kershaw was impeded.

The trouble is a player could be pulled up on every tackle for an infringement as there is always lots going on , as previously stated it looked to me quite clearly that it was Kershaw that was impeded getting to the ball , and if I was McQueen I would have been embarrassed letting little old miller dump me on my derrière, and then throwing yourself back down to make out a double effort . Wonder what Watson thought about it this week after being so vocal on the subject when used against him to good effect in his recent defeat

Up until the last penalty I actually thought Kendal reffed it really well and you hardly noticed he was there. Great effort by the team just makes you wonder why we were so poor earlier on in the season.

The valve would never have been anywhere near open had we played like we have done for the past 5 weeks or so

As I've said on another thread, I can't understand how the officials missed Corey Hall being taken out with a head shot (which resulted in him leaving the field), when he was going over to score, in the first half. Unless I'm remembering things that didn't happen!
