He’s got pretty good SL stats, makes few errors and always seems to be a threat with ball in hand out wide and difficult to bring down. At only 26 has also got loads left in the tank. Everyone sees different things I suppose…

Correct, one player doesn’t make a team but too many playing at a level that is beyond them makes that team poor. For me he is one of those players. No shame in that at all but he is not a player that improves us which is what we need.

If you want to sign a player from Toulouse then Daniel Alvarro is your man. The ideal replacement for Tini Arona.

Sorry Scarlett but your saying Evans has signed for 2023 but it’s to be announced? Are you confirming that as I haven’t seen anything regards that.

There’s also Pitts and Adebiyi who are out of contract presently but you have him on your list for 2023? There are options but not sure in who’s favour but presently they aren’t signed up.

Also Croft and Shaw is out of contract so I’m curious why he’s unknown on your list?

I'd take either.

Say what you like about Bretherton, you don't come through Wigans system without having something about you - I know it's a cliche but some props really do develop late.

I think it's fair to say that Toulouse have most certainly not been whipping boys, so some of their players must be pretty darned good, they beat us twice.
