Quote: vastman "I’ve been critical of Poching and rightly so imho.
I thought he got it right against Saints, certainly compared to previous weeks.
This week spot on.
A sensible team selection against a weakened Cas team. Good tactics but above all he got his substitutes spot on. It’s Pochings substitutions that have worried me all season, to the point that as someone who rarely questions coaches was in despair.
What I liked was that I suspect he played Dave for longer minutes than planned. In the past he would rigidly have spelled Dave but he was clearly up for it and he left him on.
I also think Battye has redound some of his form and Poching has used him well as an impact player.
He’s also finally found a purpose for Gaskell at last, he’s looked pretty useful of late. I think it’s where he belongs, he seems to manage far better at centre than anywhere else which I must admit has surprised me.
Finally Shaul may prove a key signing. You can tell when a player buys into the Trinity vibe of everybody hates us and we don’t care.
So we’ll done WP, you’ve held your nerve, can’t say I did.
It’s far from over and will probably go all the way now but that’s a huge improvement on where we were a few weeks ago when I felt it was really over this time.'"
Your correct you have been very critical of poching and the team which as left me scratching my head.
Maybe you could clarify your position, after your brutal and ruthless comments, do you now think poching is the right man for the job, or do you still think he needs replacing as he's well out of his depth.
Can you also clarify your position on the team, the hopeless, rubbish, gutless, deadwood team as you've described them at times.
It's so unlike you so don't be frit and make your mind up, flip flop flip flop flip flop
