So in that context, Carter is doing better than anyone else. We are not financially at risk. We were when he took over.
So I agree he hasn't made us a money making club, but nor has anyone else, and considering the reduced gates in covid times and the reduced Sky money this year, I reckon we've been quite successful.
I think you are thinking in the context of the on field performance.
We have a successful academy, which is well regarded by others and a reserve side before others were forced to do it. And we are not financially vulnerable. From what I can see, other clubs would very much like someone like Carter running their show.'"
Whilst I can agree on some of your points I really can't agree on some of the others
You state we are NOT financially vulnerable, yet if we do drop into the championship that really could spell the end as we know it as most of the revenue streams will dry up as well as the sky money
Having a successful academy and reserve side yes I agree but as for other clubs wishing they had a Mr Carter running the show I can't think of any to be honest.
I was talking to a few of our fans over at KR last week and the concensus I got was that they agreed with most of what I've said on here but we're reluctant to say it due to the loyalty and we need to support them no matter what
