I've generally thought Fev was the better of the two favourites but after watching the cup final at the weekend they suddenley look second best.

I agree with that. I don’t think there’s too much in the backs between them but the forwards are where Leigh have the better of Fev. Leigh have a relatively young, big and mobile set of forwards. Fev have a lot of older heads in the forwards who can probably be great on a given day.

Hard to see past these two for the final anyway.

This is not going to happen because SL will not dilute the Sky money. They could I suppose insist that the clubs coming up have no central funding like us when we were promoted. I suppose it would be a way for us to avoid what currently looks like the inevitable relegation.
