| I've learned over the years to go in hope rather than expectation but the hope feels a bit thin on the ground currently. A win would be magnificent if only dampen the frankly poisonous atmosphere around the place at the moment.

| Well, according to WP Big Bopper is definitely playing and he does lift the team.
IF we play as we all know we can, with Miller and Lino on form and the forwards for once dominant we will win.
I really don't want to think any further than that.

That sums it up for me. I'll be there with that bit of optimism which never really goes away even when logic, predictions and reality should have killed it off years ago. We can do it - but will we?

| I cant make it tonight unfortunately so will have to make do with SKY sports this time.
I am not expecting a win but i hope that they go out and play good rugby. I know this sounds obvious but it really isn't. Watching what we do as a team when we are under pressure to get a result is not pretty. We put in loads of individual effort, unfortunately that leads to drab one-out rugby as each player takes their turn to single handedly take on the opposing 13 with the obvious result.
Having Fifita back is huge for us as he doesn't miss tackles, and creates a lot of space. We need to exploit that extra space tonight.
Hudds are definite favourites and look a good side this year, but a good performance could see us with a much needed win.

| Much of the current disappointment stems back to the result v Cas.
We went into the gam on the up and a close result or, maybe, even a win was expected. Let's face it, a victory versus our closest rival is long, long overdue.
We followed that with and expected defeat at Wigan (which given the squad was no surprise).
However, we then travel to KR and simply dont turn up and that was after resting a decent chunk of the squad for the Wigan game.
Starting over is a good idea but, we simply have to see some effort for the full 80 and utter commitment in defence, especially at marker.
Huddersfield, despite their last last couple of results, have gone well this season and they have a semi final to think about.
Let's at least have no excuses after the game, This one is on the players shoulders and it's up to them to show that they want to and can play.

Nope, I just hope it's not another embarrassing, gutless performance.
But I can't say I am looking forward to it and frankly have better things to do tonight but I am going.
If we get hammered again tonight I can't see me going again this season to be honest.

To be fair all of it stems from that. Frankly I don't think anyone would have cared about the Wigan result if we'd even given Cas a game let alone won.
If we had I think we'd have been in far better shape when we played HKR.
For me should we end up in a relegation scrap it was that game where the rot set in in.

| We haven’t lost at home to Huddersfield since 2015 so the omens are good. Everything is in our favour for this one, there can be no excuses.
Lets just hope that amongst the missing Hudds fans is the pillock with the cowbell.

| Trinity need a win tonight to give themselves and supporters some confidence.
Unfortunately it will probably be in front of one of the lowest gates of the season.
Underwhelming for the players but on present form understandable.
Good luck
