Agreed, Walker has never been a 9. Would love to see him get a run in his actual position of LF as I can’t seem to remember him ever getting an opportunity. Feel as though we’re missing a trick in attack by not using him there.

Thanks for restarting our season and seeing us nicely into the CC final, it’s been all onwards and upwards since that win…..

The final is a different game. Luck is not what is needed. They now have the belief. The team spirit of being able to fight their way back and play for each other is there. I go with no expectations and who knows what will happen on the day. We can compete of that I’m positive.
We are still building a team and Watson is doing a good job. He knows the type of player he can work with and hasn’t made a poor signing for me apart from perhaps ashworth. (Who’s decent cover but too error prone to be reliable first team every week)
You lot keep blaming Chester this season for what’s happening on the pitch this season when he’s now long gone, yes mostly his players - well remember you won with the same players at the end of last season- so the players alone aren’t the problem. You were also positive at the start of this season- now all of a sudden your tune has changed. This board is funny.

Poching was never going to do anything he just hasn’t got the experience- a nice enough guy but a poor coach I’m afraid, and not a great enthuser of others- he does ok with the youngsters who need a different approach. That’s why at hudds robbo was promoted above him with much less coaching experience.
