Looks can be very deceptive, players, staff, Visiting teams coach (that's bus type), disabled parking, hospitality guests, soon fills up

Thanks ds I’ve had some serious debates over the deal with yc I’m still not happy but moving on it looks like the new east stand will be a cracker, I would love it if the west terrace would match it maybe one day!!!

Regarding re furbishment of the North stand (and saving me scrolling through pages of planning) will there be a new roof or just new terracing and a slightly bigger concourse at the back for food and drinks?

The North Stand will be made one level at the top. The area saved will be turned into a full-width concourse. There will be bars and food outlets with proper area to queue.

The roof will be the same roof but again levelled to be one height. The back of the stand will also have a proper fence.
