What I demand to know from YOU is how YOU would have got a better deal, I'm sure BOD's would because at the moment I suspect they are reading this and are mystified at what you post.

A clue, you will need to sell your house and collect all your personal wealth and hire a Lawyer to sue WMDC and YC for being in breach of the 106 agreement. When you've run out of money after a year, do come and tell us all how you got on.

It's not a spat or pointless IMHO, it's about rectifying misinformation regarding probably the most important single development at the club since the 1960s.

It's vital that people understand that it's not the deal we were promised but it is the best deal anyone could possibly have obtained. To call it pathetic undermines all that has been achieved and it's not right.

You're a fair man. It's not right that somebody comes on here armed with no facts and trashes the hard work of a large group of honest dedicated individuals, sorry PT but it's not on and this guy shouldn't get away with it.
