I'm less bothered about the Director of Rugby roll and more about the assistants. There are a few good names being talked about that will help make us better.
Really pleased for Willie when he played for us he always gave 100% and every time I have spoken to him or watched him he has always been the same, he is a top man and I really hope his leadership shines through because as a player he left everything on the pitch everygame. Good luck Willie.
Really pleased he has been appointed and well deserved as it must be unnerving when you take over as interim while wanting the full time position. He's held his nerve and deserves his chance.
