My heart is with poaching ,being an old boy but my head is with McDermott and that is simply down to my perceived stricter regime and structures that he will bring to the club as well as consistency on the field.which on today’s performance is a necessity going forwards. Next season may well be a watershed for this club if any of the rumours are to be believed ,and for the greater good of the club we certainly don’t want or need to be in the same table position this time next season .

There should be no decision to make WP has served his apprenticeship as an assistant and he has proved enough to be given the head coach. I don’t understand why there should still be any decision to make.
