The truth is we are a business and probably a well run one I don’t know. The problem is we are in the entertainment sector and I will state it again the product we produce is faulty because the designer no longer knows what to do so the appeal to the customer drops so reducing the business revenue. It is like many brands in that it will have its loyal customers who are willing to overlook the shortcomings of the product. These are however not enough to see a profitable business so most will look to replace the designer rather than the parts which he puts together in the hope of producing a better and more saleable product.

I even agree with some of your points, PT .I personally have never said that it is purely down to him and him alone for the pitifully poor displays whilst under his tenure, but unfortunately the coach usually has to carry the can. My greatest fear is of an extension of his contract.
