| Quote FickleFingerOfFate="FickleFingerOfFate"Your first two or three lines sum up perfectly how we spend our money and in sure Walmsley at Whitehaven is a quality player but do we need another fullback/winger, who will also take up a quota spot?
If recent dealings are anything to go by, he's nailed on to be a Wakey player next season.'"
Wouldn't be a quota player Scottish heritage came to play for haven to get in Scotlands World Cup squad . Watch YouTube highlights of him quite impressive. Played for South Sydney and Newcastle knight's academy's

| The truth is we are a business and probably a well run one I don’t know. The problem is we are in the entertainment sector and I will state it again the product we produce is faulty because the designer no longer knows what to do so the appeal to the customer drops so reducing the business revenue. It is like many brands in that it will have its loyal customers who are willing to overlook the shortcomings of the product. These are however not enough to see a profitable business so most will look to replace the designer rather than the parts which he puts together in the hope of producing a better and more saleable product.
I am afraid the truth is obvious to me but apparently not you. I will give you a quote “There are none so blind as those who will not see”

Fair enough but I still don't think we need a fullback/winger, our needs are greater elsewhere.

Which is why he would be a quota player. The Scottish heritage doesn’t matter. Look up the rules and get back to us.

He’s none federation trained and can only have 7 I think so would count. Doesn’t matter what the passport says it’s where did he start playing rugby.

| Yeah the Samisoni Langi Link makes no sense unless we are losing Tupou who has a year left on his contract. Doubt he’d leave without a decent pay off. We are paying big bucks for Tom Lineham as well so i’m very reliably told. Have we got a secret investor all of a sudden?

Again, signing players in positions we don't need, if true.

| Quote PopTart="PopTart"I've never said he does deserve one. I point that out every time you and Scar make that point.
All I'm saying is if we change it has to be better than what we have and I don't agree with Scarlets assessment that just because Chester doesn't look as happy as Scarlett wants him to be he isn't a good coach.
I agree with the points made that our structure isn't as good as it has been and we are no always performing to our full potential but i don't put that 100% on Chester's shoulders like some of you do. Injuries, Covid and individual player ability has affected that a great deal.
When people are down on Chester they point to Watson or Powell as shining lights yet they are suffering exactly the same way when they have injuries or covid issues.
Its just a difficult time for the club, and rugby league in general and I think just getting through this period the best we can is what is needed and then regroup. More upheaval will not benefit the team unless its to bring in someone who can manage the team in this current climate better than Chester.
I assure you I'll say goodbye to Mr Chester if we are bringing a JD or Craig Bellamy or even Nathan Brown but not for an assistant coach with no experience or an equally failing SL coach who will just recruit the same old fringe players or a successful SL coach who was only successful because he had money......which they won't have with us.'"
I admire you for coming out with your points at long last for reasons for your unwavering support for CC who has clearly displayed that he is NOT a good coach. I even agree with some of your points, PT .I personally have never said that it is purely down to him and him alone for the pitifully poor displays whilst under his tenure, but unfortunately the coach usually has to carry the can. My greatest fear is of an extension of his contract.

'a growing, and impressive, recruitment drive'
and it states that we have signed Hood (not Dallas!)
