| Yep after catalan game it's salford home and hudds away 2 games we desperately need to get something from I know a lot of fans are getting frustrated watching us but for those 2 games it's vitally important that the fans turn up and show the fantastic support we have for our club it would be great especially at hudds to get plenty of fans there it's a Sunday afternoon game so shouldn't be any problem for fans getting there like Friday night games away

I agree with you.
However, the 2 games after the France trip are certainly more winnable games and if we send our strongest 17 to France and with a short turnaround, we may scupper our chances v Salford completely and that would be a mistake.
I hate the idea of not trying to win every game but, other clubs are certainly playing the system and for this one, we should too.
The short time between games, especially with a trip to France thrown in, makes it extremely difficult and that's before a ball has been kicked or a tackle made.

| The fact some of us are genuinely wanting to forfeit a game 24 - 0 shows how bad things have got!

| Quote Trojan Horse="Trojan Horse"[code[/codeWith a 4 day turnaround I would most certainly rest and use some rotation in the Cats game.
Play the likes of Bowes, Green, Batch, A.Walker, Aydin maybe even Windrow.
Rest and rotate where possible. Salford is the one we need to focus on imo.'"
Agree with this. With 3 games in a week and a half squad management is crucial and the next game is the obvious one to rotate. With Salford & Hudds to follow we need to target those and put any lingering risk of relegation to bed. Send a weaker side to France and rest a few key players like Fifita who has been playing busted for weeks and guys like Lino & Pitts who have played most if not every game so far.

| With two games being off now will be interesting to see if the teams who play this week will want to back up on Sunday and Monday against a team that’s been rested.

I disagree strongly.
We have to manage the squad to get the best results for Trinity over the course of the season.
A few seasons ago, It was failure to rotate the squad effectively which left us with hardly any players.
We have to be capable of looking forward beyond just the next game and whilst it's not always possible to rotate the squad, we should certainly be trying.
The bigger clubs all do it, with a view to having their best 17 available at the business end of the season.
Clearly, we aren't going to feature in the GF but, having the best 17 one week, followed by the "reserves" the next week isn't going to help, especially with a 4 day turnaround and a trip to France.

Totally agree, but what's the root cause? It can't just be one thing, but one thing is for certain we play with zero confidence or joy in most games. Our style is stuttering and that's being kind whilst the errors to use a cliche are truly schoolboy at times.

Normally I'd agree with you, but what is our best team? Doesn't seem to matter who plays the performances seem the same. So with that in mind, he may as well pick what he thinks is the strongest team, he has little to fear as injuries will have little impact. Hand on heart the only player who makes any real difference is Miller, the other 16 are massively interchangeable IMHO.

True but I've kind of written him off now, I'm looking more at next season in a way.
