When people on here were bulling max us as the new Messiah it was only going to end like this ,with a howler. The lad is still learning his trade and just started getting regular game time after being messed about ,mistakes are going to be glaringly obvious as he’s the last line of defence .It’s a long road to get to the top in any sport and max is just setting off on his professional journey ,and hopefully in a year or two we have a homegrown fullback who’s up there with the best .

I nkow it's going away from our game but, how on earth have the overseas stars at Saints and Warrington escaped selection for the "All Stars".
Wire have 5 players in the England Squad but Saints only have 2 and neither of these clubs, despite having big name over seas players have had any players picked for the "All Stars".
There certainly seems to have been a fair bit of "horse trading" going on. In fact there is only one player (Hastings) from any of the current top 4 clubs.
It's more like "no stars" than "all stars" and they say that its the small clubs holding the sport back !

Tongue in cheek comment Dunkirk about Wigan A team ,but they’ll come to us tonight with a win at all cost attitude whether that’s bending the rules or not ,we need to take a leaf of teams like these books and give it em .

There missing a lot more than that, they have struggled to put a side together for tonight and had to recall 2 or 3 young lads to make up there 17.

Add to that some rather bizarre decisions about Clarke going on loan and we can't bring him back yet, refusal for whatever reason to bring Hankinson back, Halsall out on loan and can't bring him back and Ben Kilner walking away form the sport 2 weeks ago

Lets get this straight - If Wigan had 95% of their team available tonight I wouldn't be confident
When we were 7wins from 7 we were Average at best and down right poor most of them - the last 3 losses are exactly what we've deserved
And although missing 3-4 in each of those last 3 it's nothing like tonight

If you had a full team out it may have been another 62 - 0 jobby (I had a BIG BIG Bet on Wakey that day)
Missing the 5/6 it may help us keep it competitive but my finger is really twitching on the Wakey Big Bet button again!
