They should update the opening hours shown online to match them then so fans like me living out of the area (Blackpool) don't make wasted journeys...as mentioned above not good PR/marketing...luckily I'm off tomorrow so can try again otherwise I'd be stuffed

Did same thing today, but frustrated as live in Huddersfield and checked on web site before I set off. Bit tbh customer service and published opening times seem to have defeated bigger and better funded companies than Wakefield . Came down to Barclays Bank to pay a euro check in - checked before hand - when I turned up wouldn’t let me in due to a days customer service training - honest not making it up!!

Are you selling to the public then as all other clubs are just having a 1st come 1st serve for their season ticket holders, won't that cause a backlash to the ticket holders who miss out?

We don't have that many ST holders. We've been asked if we are attending and on that basis the spaces left are on general sale.

Ah i see, so the ones you are selling are AFTER season tickets? how many do you have and what's the capacity set at please.

With the que there on Saturday I was suprised we only sold 350 tickets. Hopefully we can shift at least half of the 900 left.
