| I think far too many people are placing too much emphasis on the hooker position in respect of why we are losing etc.
Against Wigan a non hooker plays and it's 6-6 at HT. Recognised hooker plays second half and it ends up we lose 34-6.
Against St Helens non hooker plays 23minutes and it's 0-0. Recognised hooker comes on and plays until 73 mins and it's 34-0 against us. Non hooker comes on and we score and it ends up 34-6.
V Hull recognised hooker starts and plays 32 minutes and we are losing 8-0. Non recognised hooker comes on and it ends up 20-14.
Crowther isn't a convential hooker or someone who you would want as hooker if you can help it. However he's made a decent fist of it. Facts are when he's been on the field we've competed and been in the game! When he's gone off we've struggled.
I think there's wider problems with our star men who haven't given us the Xfactor. We've some phenomenal players who haven't played well enough, consistently enough. I'm sure they know that deep down.
In a team there's everyone who plays their part and are equally important. The grafter who tackles everything, the finisher, the line breaker, the person who can finish when they're put through a gap, the ball handler, the kicker, the person who links in etc..
Despite some being injured if our match winners start performing we should see a few wins in the next few weeks

It’s been reported Ganson has informed Wakefield it wasn’t a penalty. I’m assuming this is because although held was called he technically wasn’t tackled.'"
That`s what I was told with Ganson, but it makes no difference now to us and if it makes Seth feel better, we should let him have this one.'"
It’s a shame though as the extra time would’ve continued and although we don’t know who would have won there would have been an opportunity. Like you say though, it matters not that Ganson states it was an incorrect decision because the mistake is in the history books.
Best to forget it and move on to Hull KR anyway now. I got my tickets and I’m hoping we can come out with that long awaited win!

| Quote: Seth "Vuniyayawa was clearly tackled, arm touching the floor and momentum stopped, then the ball is pulled out. Don’t know how that can be anything other than a penalty. Also adding that on linos drop goal Dwyer was taken out off the ball when trying to get in a block.'"
Don't forget the forward passes for Konrad's try neither

I’ve always said wakefield fans are gracious.

| Quote: Trojan Horse "That must have been even Dwyer ran into the stationary wakey player and ended up diving like Tom Daley.
I’ve watched countless replays and at no time does Kings ball carrying arm or ball touch the floor or his momentum stop before the strip.
The ref called held before the tackle was completed technically and this is why Pitts was argumentative with the ref.
Its also reported today that Ganson has informed Wakefield that the decision to award a penalty was the incorrect decision. Not that it helps now ofcourse.'"
Tanginoa steps into his path and drops his shoulder to his left. But if it makes you feel better you can have that one, not that it counts for much.

Yep and thats why thers report the refs boss as admitted it wasnt a penalty.you can have it either way that was a penalty then the one on tom johnstone in first game should of also been a pen ya onow the one you scored a try off..could also say bricoe shoud of been in bin for spear tackle or the forward passes for the hurrel try....best way to look at tjough is all the neutral and tv pundits saying all the 50 50 calls went in leeds favour
