Quote: MOPSEY LIVES ON "I watched the whole game last night and the first half we put everything in we defended well and saints didn’t really bother us and we had plenty of field position but quite simply we just have no idea what to do with it even when they were down to 12. Still we went in at 0-0 and thought who knows if we get a bit of luck we could hang in here. Then we come out like a completely different team, I don’t know if they switched off or it was the team talk but we just disintegrated and crumbled like a biscuit. We we’re falling off tackles for fun.
Saints got on top in the forwards and it just goes to show that if you do this it creates the space for the backs. We look so easy to defend against and even with our power in TJ and bill we play the same way, we can’t apply any pressure on our opponents cause we can’t score any points and the effort we put in all’s goes to waste add to that it’s an 80 minute game are we fit enough, well the pack should be they only play 20 minutes each half. I suppose if you can’t see the problems you can’t solve the problems. Effort 100% know how 0'"
I'd agree with that.
It's not a fitness thing, or an effort thing
It's quality of both coach and players.
Personally I think it's less coach and more players.
If we can improve our attack we will improve our stamina in games because we do less work and make them do more.
But, if we are not able to play half our strongest players, the quality will dip, no matter what people want to believe.
