I'm many things but part-time isn't one. Missed roughly 15 matches in 30 years. Younger than you is clearly what I am

You must be thinking of that pesky FC, a lot of people mistake him for an older version of me- apparently.

| Regarding our planning application, is there anyone on here, that knows about how applications are listed for hearing at the council application meetings?.
I have looked at the January council meeting, there are 2 applications being heard.
One application received and validated 3rd March 2020. The other, received and validated July 2020.
If these are typical of waiting times, then I think we’ll be lucky if our application received 24th Nov, validated 16th Dec, is heard, let alone approved, before the end of the 2021 season. Therefore little chance of any work starting this year.

No idea, email the club, if MC can tell you he probably will, seems pretty open.

| Usually a residential development, which is relatively more contentious, allows three months from submission to hearing. I guess that would be a good timescale to work on. As ever there are always delays and with planners and consultees working from home it may prolong matters.
As long as the club get all the required info bottomed out (phase 2 SI and remediation strategy to deal with the contamination for example) in a timely manner then it shouldn't take too long. Same with the NM application.
Constant chasing is required but they seem to have have instructed Pegasus who will push it.

Also a meeting scheduled for February, can’t imagine being involved with that one.
Meetings of the Committee are currently scheduled for 21 January; 11 February; 18 March and 15 April. Further meeting dates will be confirmed in due course.

| Looking through the consultee responses for the upgrade works. Have to laugh at the Environmental Health one. Raising concerns about noise level with respect to the fan zone. Surely the 4k or so people in the actual stadium will make more noise.

Planning in the UK is utterly ludicrous. Don't know if you were at the meeting where Eric told us that the small metal bridge they wanted to build between the Cats Bar and the flats had been knocked back. The reason given was that Highways had objected on the grounds that it would increase parking congestion!!! Even though it wouldn't have increased the attendance by a single person, pure madness.
As far as I can tell is you will get planning permission only if the planning officer A: Had a great night out. B: Their love life just improved. C: They just like you. D: They have just received the keys for the BMW you just bought them.
