That’s the chance you take when you get rid of your youth set up, it should be a requirement in SL and if you can’t fulfill your games due to lack of available players teams my opinion is they should be punished.

We have a good chance especially with Leeds being down on numbers. We need to control Gale though.

Agree it hasn’t been a normal season, for from it, but, if they had stuck with their youth system the same as every other SL club has financed theirs, not including Toronto of course, then they would have players available even Wakefield has proved that, so again no excuses there for me I’m afraid.

We are equally down on numbers with Pitts, Koppy, Ashurst, still isolating but we never seem to get the rub of the green with empathy. On top of that we've several injuries.
I'm sure if we win there'll be a big deal about their 4 players been stood down!
They're still potent with some very good players including Gale who you mention. He needs plenty of kick pressure and a good cuddle by Kelepi and teraferma.

Can’t agree they should be punished i’m afraid, not this year. Yes youth development should be sacrosanct but they had taken steps to rectify this, what they couldn’t foresee was covid causing the chaos it has. Koucash cocked up that club, the current incumbents are righting quite a few wrongs of that era. Sound familiar? They players may not be missing directly due to covid but it’s a situation very much caused by it. 11 games in less than 40 days is obscene and far from normal. Slap on the wrists and put plans in place to prevent it moving forward.
