Negatives: I don't think we can call his first stint at Trinity a total success. He failed to keep an ageing Finn out and was always picked second to Miller as far as I could tell. I'd call his stint mediocre and I'd say anyone stating otherwise has rose-tinted specs on. He went home for 'personal' reasons, what's changed you have to wonder.
That said he's now older and wiser and this is, without doubt, his last chance to be the main man at either an NRL or SL club.
For a team with few options seeking a player in a position that is currently highly diluted it's hard to think of a better available player.'"
