This will depend in some ways, whether George Williams wants to stay at Canberra long term.
Sam is well regarded and I'm sure getting paid well in the second string.
His team are heading for a Grand Final and he's in a country with little issue around Covid so is more confident that the season will actually go ahead.
I'd love him to come but I can't see it.

Anyway, regardless of the garbage above, am looking forward to Sam coming and hope he gives a good showing for us.

I think it would be a good signing, we know the type of player he is, he wont set the world alight but he can organise a team, has a good kicking game and knows how to pick a pass - I also think that this time around he could pick up some good form (I seem to remember him been played as an interchange hooker at one point in 2017) so ensuring that we give him the reins at 7 I think we will see the best of him. Although all this said, I have heard that there is another SL team in for him so it is not a given we will see him here next season.

Heard he was talking to Salford but I also heard Leigh were talking to his agent, that was around a month back though, they were also looking at Kelly I believe so look to be throwing some money around again.
