He hasn't actually been convicted of money laudering even though it is highly suspected, the NCA couldn't prove it. So us or anyone else trying to prove a specific deal from years ago was the result of wrongdoing through the civil courts is sadly a non-starter, as much as i'd like to see him lose every last penny of his ill-gotten gains.

I have to agree with SC the case is finished and will have no impact on the purchase and subsequent sale of Belle Vue. He bought the ground from the bank and then sold it to us, the case appears to refer to those properties he currently owns not those he sold.
We now appear to own a ground which we bought for 3m I believe but was actually valued when purchased from the bank at 1.7m if my memory serves me well.
The question is who valued the ground at 3m when we were aware of the original sale price.
