Our current points scoring system really relies on regular & full weekly rounds, in particular the bonus points system.
It was already creaking at the seams with all the rearranged games. It will get even less tenable as various mid-week matches are played.
We can continue as before, but without the bonus points and bye system. Simply 2 points for a correct pick.

[/iAlternatively, from next week and for the remainder of the season, we could go to a different system where each fixture is effectively stand-alone with bonus points for being closer to a predicted margin. It's what Forty20LIVE have been using.
The current points total will carry over from where we are and what I'd need is a winner and a margin for each fixture,
e.g,
Catalans by 1
Huddersfield by 18
St Helens by 56
Wigan by 2
There would be 5 points for spot on
3 points for within a score (+/- 6 points)
and 2 points for correct winner only
0 points for being wrong.
I already have a spreadsheet, just need to re-jig it a little.
It would add a little more uncertainty and variety to the competition.
