No, crash diets not always healthy. They say 1-2lbs a week max, is the most healthy and sustainable way.
Lost almost a stone this year, and near on 3 since the beginning of 2019, by cutting down, not out on certain foods and exercising more.
I'm doing the walk for Rob Burrow on Mose Masoe on Saturday, so hopefully, as well as raising money, may shift some of that, what I didn't lose.
