If those 4 sign great, if not, we move on. I'm getting loads of players offered to me left right and centre. We will have a similar size squad next year of better quality i'm sure.'"
I'm amazed that a club official posts on a messageboard. Believe me, it doesn't happen with any football club. Well, certainly not mine!
Thank you Daddycool. It is really good to bring a topic back to reality if it is going too far into the realms of fantasy!
This posting is great to read & gives me real hope for the future development of Wakefield Trinity.

| For me it has to be 1.Rocky 6. Miller 7. Brough just based on ability, That said, if either of those players have a dip in form I would drop them for Jowett or Reynolds respectively but I think Miller and Brough were going pretty well together before there injuries.
Milky always comes good when the ground firms up and he just has that X factor. Reynolds has shown he has the ability to slot in and has shown his worth to the squad but for me we need to play our best players.

| This is a really tricky situation for Chester.
However, when all of our backs are fit, I assume that he would revert to the 1 - 7 that started the season, with Brough and Miller in the halves and Rocky at FB.
It will be really tough on the players that have filled in, especially Jowitt, who has been pretty faultless but, unfortunately, that's life in any team sport.
It will be interesting to see what happens with MCB, once Tupou and Johnstone are fit.
Again, he has been superb since coming back.
It's not a problem yet but, keeping a fully fit squad happy must be incredibly difficult.
Mind you, with the number of injuries we've had, it cant be much fun having too few players to pick from.
How far away are Huby and Ashurst from being available ?

Just IMO i would think BJB is the player that has to worry about getting a spot in the back line over MCB, yes he is still quality but is 31 this summer and does not seem as clinical as he has been and seems to a lost half a yard of pace, still a great athlete and still gets on my team sheet but will he be on CC if MCB is here next year and Johnstone is fit? Either way to have 3 genuinely class proven wingers in the squad with the likes of Kershaw up and coming is a great position to be in.

Ashurst back in next 2 weeks.
Anthony England likely to be back next week as well.
Broughy back around magic weekend - Thinks are looking up

Cant wait for it to get back to "normal" when we can get back to questioning the team selection, instead of knowing that there was "no choice".
Get past Widnes tonight and then make damn sure we beat London at their place and suddenly things will really be looking up.
Exciting times !
