Personally I would like to see us give young Kershaw given is chance if it doesn't work then fair enough, But i remembered some Wakey fans saying that this so-called Tom Johnstone wasn't ready or good enough for first team game time How did that turn out like,
So IF we are looking at bringing someone in on loan then what's Tom Lineham doing these days is he injured atm or not getting in at warrington i'm sure the Wire fans could let us know could he be worth a punt for a loan deal until the end of the season and then we could still say we have still got TOM on the wing.

I would like to go with Kershaw, the lad had a 1 in 2 at Oldham last year and seemed to impress. Picking up 2 MOM performances!

I personally don't think we will bring anyone in, it will be Jowitt or Kershaw. Jowitt didn't have a great 20 first minutes against Warrington but nobody did and similar to the rest of the squad came into the game as time went on. I believe we would have to re-call Kershaw as he's on loan at Oldham again isn't he?

No offence to Kershaw but he looked like he was crapping his pants in the boxing day friendly, so based on that I'm not sure he's ready?

Jowitt’s errors were the catalyst to that very poor start. When he comes in he needs to at least do the basics right. He does the Basics then we win, it’s that simple. It can’t be sugar coated. If he wants regular 1st team with Wakefield that can’t happen again.

Funnily enough i recall Tom Johnstone being hung out to dry on here after his first few appearances. He had passed the ball to BJB who was not expecting the pass and dropped it 10 yards from the Wakey line. The opposition (cant remember) picked it up and ran under the posts. All players make mistakes.

The wires were always going to target that side But after a shaky start against one of the best attacking teams Jowitts side settled down into the game.
There were seasoned players out there who fell well short of expectations in that first half.
I say go again they’ll only get better with more games under their belts .

Maybe Torpedo Tupou will be back this week?
I would play Bill on the wing with Joe at centre - also hoping that Matty is back to firm up the left side too.
