Yet more proof of an excellent season, onto bigger and better next year!

Greg Bird should have been selected in front of O`Loughlin, Bird has been magnificent all season, a real joy to watch, the best all round player in SL, I know he is getting on but what a player.

Fully deserved. Well done to them and the rest of the team who played a big part in this too

He's not the best player in SL, but he's still a good un.

Probably his reputation as an 'outside toilet' that went against him. Like you say a good player none the less.

I reckon Fifita had a good chance until Casty lifted the Challenge Cup.
TJ and Tupou well deserved

I'm pleased but surprised at Ashurst. Worked his off this season.

Vasty I can not think of a player in SL who ticks as many boxes, skill set wise, to such a high standard as Bird and I like the fact that he can dish it out when required. I said best all round player , I happen to think that Roby is the best player in SL,

Overmoon for all 3 of them but especially matty.

I have no issue with O'Loughlin being in the team. Like him or loathe him, the guy is outstanding. Maybe just past his best but I doubt there's a better inspiration and influence to his team mates when he's on the pitch. Greg Bird doesn't even come close on or off the pitch.

I can name a few, but if you want to rate Bird you go for it - I think he's a grub who can play a bit.
