Easier if you don't use real names but it's a personal thing. You can make your user name your real name if you really want to.
The point about real names is you shouldn't out someone who wants to use a user name instead.

It's easier for me if you don't use your real names. It makes it easier to manage but as the person who it involvrs doesn't mind, I can't see an issue.

Poptart, whilst we are on the subject, does Wildthing not post anymore? Haven`t seen a post from him in ages, although really its a good thing because every time i saw one of his posts i got this really weird feeling around the left side of my chest, almost a stinging sensation internally.
