We really need a strategy to get this out to as many people as possible. When is the deadline (day and time?). Could this go on other social media channels? Could leaflets be given at the HKR game? Just some ideas

I have tried over the last couple of days to register an objection but the website is always down with a server error!
There is an email address would an objection be accepted via this route? If not I will post a letter despite now living in Derbyshire.

Must admit it's suspicious but then I can't imagine WMDC has had the nous to monitor it's IT outside Council hours - we are talking a very primative organisation here.
