seems to me that our fate as a club in Wakefield are for today at least totally in the hands of the RFL !!! what will they do or say - and carter has said it correct - nobody to blame but our club !

Only he didn't say that did he. He clarified "we" meant the club the council and the developer. Clearly there are other parties with culpability as well

mid august apparently/probably.

I think that meeting in mid August is just to ratify by full RFL committee whatever is proposed at todays meeting.

I assume that nothing is going to be proposed today as WMDC executives are going to visit the RFL next week with regard to WT.

Why would they do that? Not doubting what you're saying but WMDC are nothing to do with our plight, Peter Box has told us that all along.
