I think, although don't quote me on this, what BOJO is saying is that we have signed a reserve team player from a side that has only won 3 games in 3 years, not that Randall has only played 3 games in 3 years. He's still not got his figures right, although not far off.

A good second grade player, actually think he won player of the year in there second grade comp in 2016 over there but to suggest he was a starting NRL half.. He was not.

I can't see the knights releasing Randell this year.
With Kosjaysyn out for the season, they only have 2 genuine hookers on the books at the moment. They have an 18 year old who will be a superstar in the under 20s, and maybe they would give him a game, but I doubt it.
They need Randell for injury cover.

He was born in Hillingdon near London but I believe he is what they call Non Fed trained so may count on the quota. I'm not really au fait with this quota/non fed thing so I could be wrong.

Yes non-fed is the issue not where you were born or passport you hold

Yes and I get that but RFL allow 7 non-fed players and in our squad I count 5 (6 including Hasson) - or am I missing someone?
