The Trust needs to decide what to do next.
My opinion which may not be shared by all Trust Board Members is that we stop talking to the Council and Yorkcourt as its a complete waste of time and getting us nowhere, call a Public Meeting, start the crowd funding and intigate Legal Action/Judicial Review at the first available opportunity.
Talking and being reasonable has got us nowhere, in my opinion we have to start fighting for what is right.'"
No idea what it costs to instigate legal action sandal cat , but if that is where we end up then I will be a contributor to that course of action..

Its big money, £50,000 at least and maybe as much as £100,000 if the case is lost.
We will be utilising Crowd Funding to raise the money but its a small price to pay to try and achieve justice. |

THe Clarks application can't go in yet, because the original OPP and 106 are still in place. After December we will need new agreements / applications which is what the HoT we're meant for. Any application now will open Pandoras Box - hence it will have cooled, for now!
It's a pit DG isn't still the owner - we could have asked him to push for it!
