Quote: JINJER "Does anyone know what a building of 5,000sqm looks like?'"
5000sqm is not big, it's 100m x 50m, which is just a bit smaller than the dimensions for a rugby pitch specified on the RFL website:
www.rugby-league.com/the_rfl/rul ... ying_field
Indoor training area, anyone?

Huddersfield Town and Giants community trusts have 'The Zone', effectively a large warehouse, with indoor football pitches, kids gym, dance centre and climbing/soft play area, party rooms. Its used for kids parties, indoor football leagues, community trust kids clubs etc. etc. It provides a base for all community trust work and is a great asset to both the club and the town.
Its close to the John Smiths stadium but run separately, Is there anything in the plans for something like this?

| If the cash was available you could just build a basic shed of the appropriate size. I am then sure it could be sold on to break even at worst but quite possibly at a profit.
This site is probably the best on the North of England location wise. There should be people fighting for its places. Makes you wonder why nothing is moving doesn't it.
