| New RL stadiums built in last 20 years:
Widnes
St Helens
Warrington
Leigh
Salford
Shared with football club:
Wigan
Hull FC
Huddersfield
Now, what is it that has enabled all these Lancashire based clubs within close proximity to one another to throw up new RL anchor stadia and not one Yorkshire based club build anything?

| In League Weekly today Danny Lockwood talks of the malign Wakefield Council and Specifically Box as he alludes to the Councils ' unhelpful' attitude.

| I've just driven past Dewsbury's ground so i decided to pop in for a look as I've not been for a couple of years.
WOW
They have created something special there now, they have extended the standing area behind the sticks and look to have built new ticket offices there. They have a small 4G pitch set up for 2 lots of 5-a-side at a time, and a full size area which looks like it will be set up as a permanent 4G rugby pitch. They have tons of parking and what looks like ample space for further future development. They really have got it right for a small club. I always felt it was one of the better stadiums in the championship, but with the addition of these extra facilities they really are punching above their weight! Hopefully one day, we could have something similar to what they have

| Yes Eastern Wildcat, after my post and chat with j.c the Leigh fan, the similarity between that and the set up at LSV struck me. However, today's news re MC and the Newmarket situation is, dare I say it after so many false dawns, cautiously encouraging, so if Newmarket rises like Lazarus from the dead, then 3 cheers for that

| Lets hope then Charlie.
I may live near the park, but spend very little time round there, I am more Denby Dale Road side.
